Great rate - saved me a lot of money.. The loan was easy to apply for. The customer service was excellent. They really saved me a lot of money; interest was reduced as was my monthly payment.
wow im impressed I never had thought it could be possible to lower my interest rate, monthly payments and reduce my terms from 72 months to 60 months...but Ashley worked with me and was able to do all 3...and I am breathing easier with making my payments
Fast easy process
Super easy and fast I hadnt really thought about refinancing my vehicle until Credit Karma displayed Rate Genius as a recommendation to do so. Bilal Islam was the representative to helped me facilitate all of the paperwork. He did a great job and he was easily accessible at all times. It is exactly as described!. It requires a good bit of exact paperwork but do-able! Saved me hundreds of dollars!
QUICK and SIMPLE!!. I applied though Credit Karma since they showed the approval rate would be on the higher side. Seconds after applying got a phone call from an agent to make sure it was the right move for me based on what i was currently paying. Agent was very helpful, and had all the answers ready to go the second i asked them. whole process was easy going phone call was quick and straight to the point. Janet Benavides was awesome! It’s a bit difficult to rate the loan when I haven’t made the first payment yet. They have a APP but I don’t know if I will be able to make my payment through it yet. It was hard to tell. I’ll give the loan 4 stars.
