Easy to Apply Our financial situtation is not the greatest, so I was worried about applying for refinancing; however, I am glad I did. Our agent was great! She responded to my questions quickly and was not pushy when offering additional products. I spoke to our agent on the phone about my different options and in less than a week we had a new loan. There was a lot of paperwork needed, but not as bad as a home loan! The transition from one company to the other was smooth.

Amber super pushy to buy other products!. Saved me money. 3 hard pulls on credit. Relentless in making me buy additional products like car protection plan, gap, etc which added to my cost. Won't use them again. Ps. If you say no on other products then a man will relentlessly call you until you say yes.

Easy process, great rates.. Excellent group to work with. Made applyingfor a car loan so simple. The process could have been done in just a few days but I dragged my feet on a couple of things and the gentlemen I was working with was very patient and made sure to check in on my process. I got a better rate and a better monthly payment which is what I was looking for at this time. I would definitely use them again in the future.
