It's legit!. Got my payment down to where I initially wanted it to be. I highly recommended Rate Genius!
Easy but kinda long process Initially I was approved and had a new loan company within a day. It took an additional 2-3 weeks for funding and I didn’t even know who I was paying and how I was paying. They gave me a payment due date but no other account information which I had to keep hounding them for. Which was no big deal compared to the deal they got me.
Easy Peasy Process & Savings I received a pre-qualified offer via CreditKarma and decided to apply. I received an answer about 2 days later from a loan officer, who was extremely helpful. Rategenius found a lender that was able to cut my APR in half! Paperwork was done in a day with no issue (I called my loan officer when I had questions and he was accesible even on the weekend). Refinancing Car Loan Looked into refinancing my car loan just to see what was out there. Spoke with the agent, told him I was thinking about refinancing and leaning toward not doing it. He was very understanding and asked if he it was ok to send me a couple of quotes. Found several options and then answered all of my extensive questions about each. Picked one and he was with me every step of the way. Great experiance.
Easy I applied through "Open Road Lending" per credit karmas suggestions and was approved at 12%. I had worked on building my credit and knew I could get a better rate than that. I was approved through rate genious at just below 6%. They will do the best to find you the lowest rate and the process was very easy.
Quick and Easy It was very Quick, I got a lower interest raterate, and excellent Service. I definitely recommend them.
The refinance was easy but.... The overall process was easy enough. The approval was quick and I was able to reduce my interest rate by about 3%. The agent I worked with definitely seemed disinterested. I was just another number in his queue, which I guess is fine since the end result was the same. It just wasn't great customer service.
They helped me refinance my car!. They made it super easy to get through. I was approved in a reasonable amount of time, and they helped with everything. Really super easy process!
Really smooth process until you’re approved l. They kind of went silent but my loan officer went sick. I haven’t transferred a loan before so I had no idea what was next or if I was supposed to do something... when I called the customer service rep was so kind and explained I had everything there and to check emails for any next steps and they’d reach out to me when it was complete! i have to say it’s awesome to call and get such nice people who welcome ignorance from a rookie! A plus plus for these guys!
