Refinanced Auto Loan The process was very simple and they were able to answer all of my many questions with ease.
Fairly straight forward Submitt initial paperwork/forms as requested. They asked for follow up forms a few days latter. Only issue I had was the 2nd round of forms were requested via a secure email site, whoch was blocked by my employer. This caused delays, as I wasn't aware of the request till they called me.
Got the job done not great costumer serv They did what they advertise and found me a better rate but after the application process is done dont expect to be keep in the loop about what's going on until it's done.

It’s not you, it’s me I get that reviews are important, but I get an email every single day asking for one. I feel like as if I just stood a girl up because we had a bad first date. The process was easy and my loan officer Kristin was there every step of the way to make it as simple as possible. If there were any hiccups I would get a call immediately for either more information or to correct a mistake I made. Easy and Fast I had never refinanced an auto loan before but I thought I could get a better rate so decided to try it. Process was very smooth and I was able to get a much better rate. I was contacted quickly and assigned a representative to work with put together a few loan options for me and I picked the one best suited to my needs. He prepared very clear instuctions on the paperwork and guided me through the process. I would highliy recommend.
