Saved Money - Seemed like a long process I saved almost a percent on what was left of my load so it was worth refinancing. However it seemed like the amount of paperwork and time to get everything processed took a while.

Super Easy as well as courteous The entire process took maybe a week to fund my payoff, in a refinance situation. It probably can go faster, I was slightly delayed in my gathering of a couple of documents that were required. Highly recommend RateGenius.
