Money saving!!. Good experience. Clear expectations. Quick approval and setup of new account. Not really a fan of the new lenders website because it's out of date and their app doesn't work but I am saving $193/month so I'm happy.

Interest saving, monthly payment reduced Ask them for additional quotes because my first one was higher before I asked for other options. Ended up saving an extra $20/mth with second quote. Very professional and helpful Their loan officer that helped me was just as professional and helpful as I would expect my local bank to be. I'd have no problems working with them again AND recomending them to other people. I had one or 2 hiccups with my situation and they were great and helped me resolve the issues with no isssues.
