Simple I applied for this to refinance my car for a lower interest rate. The agent was able to find me lower interest by almost 1%. There was some small fees that I was not initially aware of. I could have gotten significantly lower payments but I did not go for that option as we are trying to get out of debt as soon as we can and did not want my payoff time extended. All in all it was a great experience and would use them again.

Quick and Easy!. Everything about the process was painless. The most difficult part was the need for a few documents to be notarized but it is easily done at your local UPS store. I wouldn't hesitate to go through RateGenius again!

Easy - Maybe too easy Application process went quickly. As part of the process, you agree to sign all documents online electronically. Pay attention to the documents and print them if you have any concerns. I thought I would be able to print a set at the end of the signature process, and I finally had to request a copy. Everything was on the up and up; just be familiar to the electronic signature process.
A++ - Very positive experience!. The process was quick and easy. My contact was very knowlegable and had excellent communication throughout the process. He was quick to get back to me, thorough in explaining the process and made the overall transaction very easy. So easy in fact, that I had him refinance both of my vechicle loans and he got me a much better rate on both loans.
