Easiest Refinance EVER!. I love that Credit Karma saw the rate I'm paying for my loan and suggested Rate Genius. I reached out and was called the very next day. My rep was super knowledgeable and helped me find a better rate which slashed my payment $100. The paperwork wasn't as terrible as I thought. A few notarizations were necessary and it took about 30 minutes to fill it all out, but after I submitted it all, everything happened within a week. I can't thank Credit Karma and RateGenius enough!
Easy process, and saves you money!. Customer service is the best, makes process very easy. I work in car sales and it was easier than I expected it to be even though it was all by phone and email.

Easy enough process despite pushy agents Application process was easy and I got a great rate. The agents could be a bit pushy with reminder texts that bordered on coming across as desperate /clingy. overall it was an Average to Above Average experience
