Great rate. Good service.. I got a great rate. The paperwork takes some time but the effort is well worth the rate decrease I got. I would definitely use Rate Genius again.
The process was not that easy for us. It took almost 2 weeks to finalize the paperwork. Every time we thought we were finished we either filled out something wrong, didn’t sign in the correct part, or skipped over something. Some of the directions were confusing. Though we are very satisfied with our refinance, it was not easy at all. A lot of emails and phone calls too. But, overall, we are happy with the refinance!
AWESOME! AWESOME! AWESOME! Experience!. The experience was great. The process took no longer than about 2 weeks and I saved about $100 dollars off my monthly payment. Thank you Mr. Rayan for you time and help. I will be refering more people to you guys!
