Simple Process!!. This loan was so easy to apply for. I had been dreading trying to refinance my car, because I hate the paperwork and trying to find a place that I will more than likely be approved, so I don’t have a bunch of hits on my credit. Fast, responsive and easy process Make sure you have all your paperwork; vehicle VIN, registration and insurance at hand. The process was a snap and my loan advisor Eddi Sosa was fantastic to work with.
Fast and easy loan process.. Excellent customer service
It was a fast and easy process!. I was able to get a new loan, at a lower interest rate on my truck. Everything was done by phone, and then they sent me a FedEx shipping lable by email I could print to send in the documentation. I was very please with the process, and I got a great deal on financing with a local credit union.
Great customer service.. The great customer service made it a very positive experience, vs. most lenders which seems to take forever and very invasive.
Pretty good if you want a lower rate and Pretty good regarding timing for loan app and approval. Be wary of proposed interest rates though. May not be as good as presented. Final monthly costs are effected as well.
