Excellent!. The application process was quick and simple and I had a list of refinance options within a few days. Everything went well. Quick and painless Refi on my truck just to get a lower payment but ended up with a better rate than my Credit Union that I've been with for 10 years. Hardest part was scanning documents to my email to forward to them. Fast simple and easy to do though.

Quick and Easy The overall process took about a week. It was quick and easy. They were able to drop the interest rate on my previous loan by 1/2. I will only save a few dollars per month but a savings is a savings. I will definitely recommend if you’re looking to decrease the interest rate which is a savings over the entirety of the loan. Andy Lam was awesome and very knowledgeable.
