SO EASY This was seriously the easiest laon application process. I was nervous becuase this was my first time refinancing a car, but my personal rep made everything easy. I could even text him if I had any questions or concerns. The communication was excellent and they kept me up to date on every step of the process. I highly recommend using Rate Genius for refinancing your next loan. I have ZERO complaints.
I applied and within 2 days my car loan refinance was approved. I now pay 1/3 of the interest I was paying. I will be able to pay my loan off 18 months earlier!!!
Good serveice and easy to read terms.. Some of the documents had to be submitted more than once to different places but it wasn't difficult.
