It was a fast, and easy process.. Will at Rategenious contacted me, and set the process in motion with a thorough explanation. He emailed the paperwork, and stayed in contact with me by text throughout the whole process, with took about a week. They were very courteous and respectful of my my concerns, and got me a lower rate than even I expected. I'm a happy camper.
Easy process, amazing service!. Sergio at rate genius was so great! I don't have the best credit so it was a little tricky getting my car loan refinanced, but Sergio had endless persistance and kept trying to get me approved, which he finally did. He ended up saving me nearly $100 a month on my payments and got my rate down from 18% to 5%! I highly recommend rate genius for your lending needs.

Great find!. rateGenius found one lender at first whihch, unfortunatley, didn't go through. However, they didn't stop there! They found a second which did go through and the new loan I got approved for cut my interest in half from what I was paying for my car! rateGenius did a great job and showed they care about their customers.

Outstanding!. I got denied on a refinance app with 2 places. My credit scores were both over 700 and I thought I was going to be stuck with my 16% loan because the dealer I got my car with ran so many inquiries no one wanted to pick me up. Rate genius got me accepted quickly at 5% and I knocked a few years off of the loan!
