Effortless and smooth!. I was hesitant when applying with RateGenius due to a few negative reviews however I was quickly proved wrong. This process couldn't have been any easier. The loan office I worked with was so kind and patient while answering all my questions and addressing my concerns. I could not be more pleased with my experience not to mention they got my loan rate from 9.1% to 3.4%!
Great process Good rates, lower payment
Car Loan Great service and easy process to refinance!
Process took a while yet was well worth RateGenius saved us over $2,600 in finance charges, we're very happy with their service.
Very quick and fast.. Customer service was excellent
Credit Karma Recommendation Don't just apply because Credit Karma is recommending it. I applied because reviews made it seem like it was easy to get approved. I am still rebuilding my credit and thought I would still get approved since my credit score is now high 600's and I have almost no debt, but they still denied my application. I really wanted to lower my interest rate since it's 9.5%. I guess I will have to try again in a year or so.
Quick, simple, friendly, and fast! No issues or complaints.
Process is very good Staff was very good and excellent to get everything done as quick as possible
Very easy and smooth process!
