Great service, great rates I was treated with fairness as a valuable customer. It might sound pretty basic but I applied for the same refinance through 2 other companies at the same time but didn't get the same quality of service from the other two. One of them even tried to convince me that a higher pay amount would actually be lower somehow. Basic math.
