Car refinance The service was good and the 'walk-through' process yielded a lot of pertinent information.. Agents were available for follow up questions. They were very professional, and once I submitted the required documentation the refinancinig was wrapped up in less than a week. I has already done my research on the company and saw the GAP insurance complaints. However, the marginal cost was included in my new payment which was about $150 less than my old payment so it was not an issue. Overall great experience.

Refinance of car loan The agent provided relevant information and were willing to walk through the entire process. They also made them self available for status updates and follow up questions. I had read about the GAP insurance piece during my research of the company. However it was included in the payment amount which was much more favorable than my current amount so it was not an issue.
Refinance Car Loan This was such an easy process. XXXXX was incredibly helpfull explaining the process. I signed everything online, sent a few documents UPS and was approved and my old loan paid off within a week. Then to top it off they called me to see if they could also save me money on my car insurance. To my surprise they were able to get me better coverage for $50 less a month. Highly recommend Rate Genius for car refinancing loans.
After filling out the application the response was quick and the process what's easy and explain to me thoroughly. I was offered an extended warranty with no pressure to take it. After thinking about it overnight I decided that it was a good deal and the loan officer XXXXX call the bank and got it added to my .
