Great to work with. Saved a lot of Money Mark was great to work with. He found me sensible rates that will save me a lot of money. Be patient with the paperwork. There pages to be filled out and notarized. Once the papers were sent in the refinance was completed for me in 10 days or less. I could see the old lenders accounts paid off online, plus they build in a 30-45 day break from payments (most refinance companies do this). I highly reccomend rategenius.

I was dreading the loan process but it was very simple and when I had questions the guy responded very quickly by text, so it was painless and it's going to save me $45 a month, plus I won't have a payment for 2 months!

VERY QUICK, EASY, RESPONSIVE I got a preapproval letter from rate genius and I applied to this refinancing company with other a few places. XXXXX XXXXX was my loan officer she was an awesome person, quick, very responsive, and helpful on your refinancing process. My application, paperwork and pay off whole process took max a week. What an annoyance!. I filled out the online application and received a phone call the same day to talk about loans. The guy I spoke with was nice enough but he constantly called for several days and it was really annoying. I had to send paperwork in 4 or 5 different ways because I wasn't informed of what to do/ what not to do when signing the paperwork.
