The entire staff was very prompt, efficient, friendly and they explained everything clearly. We were also able to get a conventional loan instead of FHA and with a lower prepayment than I thought might be possible. Buying a home involves great many steps, and Ray and his team made it enjoyable process. I also like that Ray and his team work together so well with the realtor, the attorney etc.
