The previous owner of our house used Raymark to run the gas line to the kitchen so we could have a gas stove. We thought (and so did the owner) that it would be all set up to just put the stove in, but it was left capped under the house. When I called, they said they had to know what type of stove so they could put the line through on the correct side. This doesn't make sense as other plumbers I called said this doesn't matter. They then quoted me a price which apparently only included labor. When I called back to get a full... read more

Business response:

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We would appreciate the opportunity to learn more about the project that was done for the previous homeowners as we are always striving to improve our services. If our technicians did not make an installation as agreed upon in a contract, we would like to complete the project. If it's a matter of misunderstood information not being passed from one homeowner to another, we'd like the chance to show you how Raymarkable we really are. We encourage you to contact our office a... read more

Needed a quote for a straightforward plumbing project but they never responded to my email. When I called I was greeted with arrogance and frustration. Sorry for calling. I think Remark Plumbing needs a hug.

When I think "Raymark" I think "arrogant" and then I think "don't call me when the boom slows and business decreases" - I called repeatedly to have questions answered and struggled to get a call back. The bid outlined high level buckets with exorbitant prices. We'll go ahead and wait to find an honest and reliable plumber.

I agree with previous reviewers...the plumbers are great but the woman that schedules is rude and horrible to deal with. Years ago, Raymark came out and did some work at my house. I had texted my husband when they got there (about them being there) and when the bill came, they had billed themselves there way earlier. I called them out on it and they argued about it. I offered to show them my text but they declined. They adjusted the bill and that was that. Just now I called to schedule them to come out and the woman on... read more

I scheduled an appointment for a plumber to replace my toilet and went through at least 7 phone calls with them to clarify matters due to confusion on their part. During these calls, I was posed with new information which should have been addressed initially. The way I was treated and that they cancelled the appointment even though I raced home to meet them was unprofessional and unacceptable. If they are reading this, they should know that it's not hard to outline the process for scheduling an appointment, so new and e... read more

Raymark came out to scope our sewer line and found a crack. They quoted $800 to fix it. It seemed really high and after a few minutes they dropped the bid to $300 (estimate) if we would dig the hole ourselves and backfill. Yes, that's a $500 price break to dig your own hole? The work was completed and the guys did an excellent job. However, they called with the total bill, $508! I could understand if they went over 10-20%, but the cost was over 50% more, and they never called to say the job was going to take longer or cost... read more

Used to use Raymark, but never again. When purchasing a home, we called out low water pressure from the inspection. The seller had Steve from Raymark certify that the water pressure was "normal". Based on their word, we went forward with the purchase. When called and spoke to Steve, he said OH, the water pressure is normal to the house, but you need a new/bigger water supply line from the meter! CHA CHING! This particular house has the water line not only out to the street, but down past the house next door ... read more

These guys have the WORST customer service. I usually don't write any reviews, but feel compelled to steer people away from this nightmare organization. I had spent thousands of dollars replacing old cement pipe from my house to the street as it was badly needed. Got a good quote, but didn't realize they would make money by refusing to do quality work. They would not ever listen to my concerns or questions about the work. They only seemed interested in getting in and out as quick as possible. For example, they needed t... read more

I recently had roots in my sewage pipes and needed a costly repair and went with Raymark Plumbing for the job. We needed to put down a large deposit (ok-normal). After putting the money down, we figured we would be able to get an appointment quickly. Not so, It was 10 days before they came to our house (only after begging and flooding). The reason was there was a lot of rain (this was in October) and they had some emergencies-I get it. But, I was still not on the schedule and called them to find out when I could get help.
