I wish I could write a review with zero stars, but Yelp insists on one star, so here it is, Raymark. I just wasted an entire three hours waiting for Raymark's estimator to show up. When he didn't, I phoned them, and they asked if he could come still later today, or tomorrow. They had told me that he would be here between noon and three, which ought to be a wide enough window for them to schedule a guy, or at least to phone me if they couldn't make it. Despite the hour-long arrival window they gave me, the guy was still a full half hour late. I asked how long it would take, and he said about an hour. I told him to let me know if he thought it would take longer, because I was already going to be late for work at this rate. He waited the full hour before saying he hadn't been able to fix it, and I was already late enough that I had to hustle him out the door, leaving a HUGE mess for me to clean up later.
