Lisa was very Professional and an expert at her job, She was always responsive and kept us in the loop throughout the closing process, inspections and negotiations. In fact, I can't remember a time when we contacted her that it was more than 30 minutes until we had a response. I would highly recommend her to any family or friends looking to buy/sell a property.
I am out of state and selling parents home. Compared to other real estate agent I contacted, Lisa recommended listing 30% higher and sold for 15% more than other agent's list price. In addition, Lisa told me NOT to paint or make repairs. This saved me months of time. Lisa Fabiano knows Kenosha real estate market, especially the Northside.
