Great customer service Peter Ciliberto was very thorough
The home watch is very thorough. I get a full inspection report that includes pictures and various readings of home conditions. He has also been there to meet my warranty contractors. He is very knowledgeable about all things related to home maintenance.
The inspector went through everything very thoroughly. He made recommendations of why 2 items should be done immediately. The dryer vent to outside was almost closed with lint. The landscaping around house was NOT properly graded and needs to be corrected prior to winter so no more water gets into foundation and causes more cracks. Very helpful!! Highly recommend Don Grisoff � he went above and beyond!!
