Grizz (Donald Grissoff; inspector) was very informative and beyond helpful. He explained the importance of rectifying items for concern that he discovered, as well as possible solutions for said areas for concern.
Frank Castiglioni was outstanding. Most detailed home report I have seen. Very helpful as we spoke afterwards and reviewed report.
Keith was thorough, professional, intuitive and detailed. This was a three- phase inspection, and he summarized his findings after each phase. Keith provided a final summary and provided multiple opportunities for us to ask additional questions and to seek clarification regarding next steps. Outstanding!
