Our inspector Aaron was very knowledgeable in all aspects of the inspection. He answered any questions I had and was able to offer solutions to any potential issues. The inspection report was very thorough and was completed in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone.
Aaron Hopper was very very helpful. He was super friendly, answered all our questions, and was very thorough in explaining everything to my wife and I.
if the STARS could go to 137, i'd give them 137 STARS. First off, Frank (ask for Frank) was an amazing guy -even after we all had to wait 15 mins to star the inspection because of the tardiness of the listing agent, Frank was patient, explained stuff, asked ME if i had any questions along the way, was hard on things (i.e. even the small things, he would let me know it might not be a big deal, but it is "a deal")...but most of all, he happened to discover some plans of the home that i would not have seen just lying on the cou... read more
John was super knowledgable and so helpful in the process.
Very good
Excellent job and very knowledgeable inspector on our specific stucco issues. The only thing I wish they did differently is their report is in paragraph form and doesn't have a summary table of findings with estimated costs.
