The inspector Frank, arrived early and was very personable. I felt like I had someone looking out on a personal level for me. He answered all my questions. Very knowledgeable.
Frank did a great job. It was the second home he inspected for me. The first time, he saved me from a money pit.
John Colarossi was thorough and detailed in every aspect of the home inspection and he went above and beyond answering all of our questions

Our inspector Aaron was very knowledgeable in all aspects of the inspection. He answered any questions I had and was able to offer solutions to any potential issues. The inspection report was very thorough and was completed in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone.

if the STARS could go to 137, i'd give them 137 STARS. First off, Frank (ask for Frank) was an amazing guy -even after we all had to wait 15 mins to star the inspection because of the tardiness of the listing agent, Frank was patient, explained stuff, asked ME if i had any questions along the way, was hard on things (i.e. even the small things, he would let me know it might not be a big deal, but it is "a deal")...but most of all, he happened to discover some plans of the home that i would not have seen just lying on the cou... read more
