Great experience, very thorough, knowledgeable, and good communication.
Don (Grizz) completed a very thorough inspection and did a great job explaining his findings to us. He conducted a zoom meeting so we could go over the property remotely since we were unable to be on site. Customer service and scheduling were very professional. I recommend these guys to anyone looking to buy a house!
Be ready to spend some time at your potential property they go over everything!! Very thorough. Every window every appliance every outlet crawlspace attic basement they check it all! They even checked the sewer line and the roof area with a drone. Great pictures of above the house with a high tech drone.

I had a great experience with this company. Ms. Karen was very helpful with the scheduling and all the behind the scenes work. Inspector "Grizz" was excellent. I feel that he went above and beyond to make sure that I was informed and was able to understand his findings. I definitely recommend this company.
The report is comprehensive, detail oriented. The only downside if I have to say is the home inspector didn� t run the dishwasher, washer and dryer to see if the equipment work properly. Other than that, everything is great.
