Inspector Don "Grizz" Grisoff was incredibly thorough, extremely helpful and a pleasure to work with. He showed me what the issues were, and what needed to be corrected. He provided possible scenarios and showed me how to trouble those issues. His reports are very detailed, with a full description of the problem and the action needed to correct the problem. Don Grisoff was excellent. Such a pleasant experience. He was thorough and had great knowledge of everything inside and outside of the home.
Our inspector is Frank Castiglione, who is the best inspector that I can imagine! He is extremely experienced and knowledgeable.
