Don Grisoff was excellent. Such a pleasant experience. He was thorough and had great knowledge of everything inside and outside of the home.
Our inspector is Frank Castiglione, who is the best inspector that I can imagine! He is extremely experienced and knowledgeable. Booking my inspection was really great - Frank worked with me to find an inspector last-minute after an appointment with another company fell through. John the inspector was extremely thorough and professional, and encouraged me to follow him during the inspections to educate me on the process and what he was looking for. I still have to complete sewer scope inspection - which REI offers but was not available at that time because it was so last-minute - but I am definitely going back to them to get that done in the next few ... read more
The home inspector explained us everything very simply n very detailed
The engineer was certified/licensed professional that is very knowledgeable, polite and explained in detail every test that he would perform on my home. He pointed out trouble areas and explained root cause. All this was followed up with a comprehensive analysis and solution report. Frank and the staff were also was very helpful in answering questions I had with my project.
Outstanding performance! I would highly recommend Don "Grizz" to perform any future home inspections. In addition to performing very well, he was a pleasure to work with!!! Displayed outstanding customer service and friendliness!!!
