Excellent service….. my order was shipped, but never delivered. After a phone call they placed a claim against the shipper. After that, they shipped another one, which arrived promptly. Very satisfied with the service AND product.

Beware after the 90 days are done you are on your own,,phone gets locked if your network is not the one the previous owner had. If you just your phone for business you will be out of luck. They wanted to fix the unit but, you don't trust it any more. Waste of time. This is a real review from an actual customer.
I am rating 1 star to be sure I am published but the real rating is ZERO. I am completely dissatisfied .I ordered a replacement AirPod 2nd generation right ear. I ordered and pre-paid like we all do. We trust that we will receive the merchandise in good form. We also trust the Recell will select a trusted company for the delivery. Very unsatisfied, they won't honor their warranty plans, straight junk replacements, Bad Business rip offs
Re Cell doesnt honor warranty properly my ear bud replacement died within 4 months and they have a one year no worry warranty but wont honor it a bunch of lies and more lies very poor bussiness never buy from them
This business is a scam, I purchased an AirPod Pro 2 replacement, they sent me an AirPod Pro 1 which is both an older product and also not compatible. Though they initially agreed in writing to refund me, once they received the item they sent me partial store credit. I don’t have any use for that. When I followed up they said they’d need to change a $7 processing fee to send me my money back. This is not a reputable company, don’t give them your credit card info.
