Got my AirPods but right side dies in 5 minutes even tho it says it’s fully charged
If i could leave a tenth of a star i would because this has been BY FAR the worst experience with a company! Upon ordering my replacement everything was pretty good but because it didn't match exactly i had to return it and after that return i asked for help with reordering the correct earbud. Order a left earbud and never got it!!!!! So be careful the money came out of my account, thank god my bank gave me the money back!!!
Purchased a replacement airpod in November, which worked great for 3 months, but now is chirping constantly - too loud and high pitched to be useable. Recell won't send me a replacement as I'm a couple weeks past their 90 day warranty. Beware as these products won't last.
THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DELT WITH. MAILED MY PURCHASE TO AN ADDRESS I DID NOT PROVIDE THEM. I NOTIFIED THEM BEFORE THE ORDER WAS FULLY PROCESSED, THEY DID NOTHING TO RECTIFY IT. THEY DO NOT PICK UP THEIR PHONE OR RETURN CALLS LIKE THEIR VIOCEMAIL SAYS THEY WILL. NOW WHO KNOW WHERE MY PURCHASE IS OR WHO HAS IT ABS THEY REFUSE TO REFUND ME FOR THEIR MISTAKE.
I had bought an AirPod that wasn’t working properly, was sent a replacement and charged a second time. Only one refund has been issued even though I sent both AirPods back! It’s like pulling teeth trying to get the second charge refunded. Wouldn’t recommend a company that plays with people’s money!!
I bought AirPods. And I used 2 days shipping with them via FedEx. But it’s been 5 days and my package is still in the FedEx location in California, where it is shipped from. What is point of I paying extra for fast shipping and it is not delivering. Completely disappointed
I would give them zero stars if that was an option I ordered 1 AirPod replacement and it was lost in the USPS mail. After the tracking stopped they allowed me to file a claim. Then they told me they were giving the USPS 3-5 bus days to reply to the claim (like that is going to happen) I probably will not receive the 1 AirPod ordered until about 30 days after the original order was placed. Awful BS Customer Service. I wish I never would have ordered from this company PATHETIC
I would **AVOID** thIs **SCAM** at all costs. I see positive interactions from the past, but something has happened. I ordered an item 5 days ago and I get one different story after another about the status, after they claim same day processing.
