I would give them zero stars if that was an option I ordered 1 AirPod replacement and it was lost in the USPS mail. After the tracking stopped they allowed me to file a claim. Then they told me they were giving the USPS 3-5 bus days to reply to the claim (like that is going to happen)  I probably will not receive the 1 AirPod ordered until about 30 days after the original order was placed. Awful BS Customer Service. I wish I never would have ordered from this company  PATHETIC

I would **AVOID** thIs **SCAM** at all costs. I see positive interactions from the past, but something has happened. I ordered an item 5 days ago and I get one different story after another about the status, after they claim same day processing. It's shipped, it hasn't shipped, it's waiting for confirmation (whatever that's supposed to mean) before it ships, it has been confirmed, it hasn't been confirmed. I ordered a replacement AirPod and they sent me the wrong pod. Now I’ve been about a week trying to get the correct pod with little to no help. This is some bullshit. I wouldn’t order through them. Pick someone place local that you can trust. They screwed me and now I’m going to have to spend another $90 for a pod. Don’t trust them with your money!!! I would pick 0 star if I could

This purchase was a complete disappointment and feels outright deceptive. The item was advertised as “like new” and priced at nearly $60, but it arrived with obvious, glaring damage that is impossible to overlook. This is not just misleading, it borders on outright fraud. Really bad shopping experience!!! I feel outright deceptive. Bought a Left earbud replacement, they sent me a right one instead. How do you manage to mess up something so simple?

You could fix this by sending me what I ordered and not putting the onus on me to get you back your incorrectly shipped product. Your customer service is terrible and they just keep repeating the same thing over and over again but yet they don’t have a solution.
