I purchased a right ear replacement Airpod Pro that stopped working days after the 90 day warranty expired. Convenient right? When I contacted support they weren't helpful at all. The message was essentially, "Sorry, your Airpod is no longer under warranty, good luck!". There was no offer to troubleshoot, no willingness to grant a goodwill exchange since it wasn't out of warranty long, no willingness to sell me a discounted replacement, nothing. Did not pair up and when ask for a refund I just get referred to a how to video. Customer service is slow and no help I wouldn't recommend
Received replacement charging case today. Didn’t even have to follow pairing instructions. Synced automatically soon as I put the earbuds in the replacement case. Fuckin dope!!👍🏼

The item did not ship in time or at all. Said I would get airpods by January 19th and it was still not shipped on this date. As a matter of fact, it said it was completely across the country at this time. Would not recommend.

Worst experience ever. The sent a product that was not working and I have Not been able to get refund or return information. Stay away. Find another company Will never use again.
Order never shipped. When I contact the customer service, I got no response so now I'm going to have to file a charge back through my credit card companies since they refused. Communicate or send me my item.

So Im goi g to say this… I ordered on Sat the 16th of October On the site it said it would arrive by the 18th-19th Ok no big deal but after I made the payment it jumped to Mon the 23rd over a week well I still dont have my purchase and it isnt even moved through the system since the 17th at 8 am still in La Im in Michigan. When I asked google how long a package from ca to mi takes normally 2-3 days. Hmmm NOt impressed yet!
