Really bad shopping experience!!! I feel outright deceptive. The item was advertised as “like new” and priced at nearly $60, but it arrived with obvious, glaring damage that is impossible to overlook. This is not just misleading, it borders on outright fraud. I urgently needed the item and had no choice but to keep it, but I am appalled by the lack of honesty in your product descriptions. Charging a premium price for a damaged product is unacceptable and shows zero respect for your customers.
Bought a Left earbud replacement, they sent me a right one instead. How do you manage to mess up something so simple?
You could fix this by sending me what I ordered and not putting the onus on me to get you back your incorrectly shipped product. Your customer service is terrible and they just keep repeating the same thing over and over again but yet they don’t have a solution.
I wouldn’t waste your money! Unless you like AirPods covered in earwax and after I cleaned it for an hour and a half it wouldn’t work because it’s a first generation and not the 2nd gen I ordered so I go to return it and All I can do is exchange it for another earwax covered AirPod no thank you I’ll consider this 25 bucks wasted And never use your company again

I purchased a right ear replacement Airpod Pro that stopped working days after the 90 day warranty expired. Convenient right? When I contacted support they weren't helpful at all. The message was essentially, "Sorry, your Airpod is no longer under warranty, good luck!". There was no offer to troubleshoot, no willingness to grant a goodwill exchange since it wasn't out of warranty long, no willingness to sell me a discounted replacement, nothing. Did not pair up and when ask for a refund I just get referred to a how to video. Customer service is slow and no help I wouldn't recommend
Received replacement charging case today. Didn’t even have to follow pairing instructions. Synced automatically soon as I put the earbuds in the replacement case. Fuckin dope!!👍🏼
