Tyler, the leak detection technician was fantastic. He was in the pool checking the entire surface area, did multiple tests to determine the source and even lifted pavers to determine the location and extent of the leak. He was very thorough and told me to ask any questions (which I did ask). He was extremely patient with my lack of knowledge and explained what he was doing and why. Our pool company monitored our loss of water for a week and determined that we had a leak. They recommended Red Rhino. I called Monday morning, they were out to assess the problem on Thursday, called me with their findings and were out to complete to repair on Saturday. And, this was done without us even being there. All via email and phone. They also found once they started the work that they could avoid rebuilding part of the pool, saving us $400. To me that’s a reputable company. I would recommend them.
