Recommendedred rhino fix two major cracks we had. Did a fabulous job. The gentleman were absolutely friendly, courteous and knowledgeable about the pool. Price was good also. I would recommend them to anyone who has a pool issue.

I was referred to Red Rhino by Pelican Pools, my pool cleaning company, because I had what seemed to be a fairly significant leak in my swimming pool. When Kevan arrived, he was professional, pleasant and proceeded to explain the entire process to me of how he would diagnose my pool’s issue. We had a very elusive leak and the Red Rhino team stayed with it until it was discovered and repaired. Our leak is no more as we have added very little water to our pool over the last 8 days. This leak has bothered us since we had our pool remarcited and the deck redone with pavers 2 years ago. The entire team that worked our leak were professional, knowledgeable, friendly and very courteous. I strongly recommend Red Rhino for any pool issue you may have.

They were extremely professional and detailed. We had 3 structural cracks and skimmer needed to be repaired. They took pictures of the work as it was being done which was awesome. They also gave us the best option to prevent the pool from getting more cracks while other companies were telling us to cut the deck away from the pool, or the whole pool has to be redone, blah, blah blah! lol It still wasn't a cheap fix, however, their option was the best! Thank you Red Rhino! I recommend them highly!!

Tyler, the leak detection technician was fantastic. He was in the pool checking the entire surface area, did multiple tests to determine the source and even lifted pavers to determine the location and extent of the leak. He was very thorough and told me to ask any questions (which I did ask). He was extremely patient with my lack of knowledge and explained what he was doing and why.
