Had them remove and replace a leaky skimmer unit. They were prompt and very knowledgeable and you could not tell that they had to remove and replace pavers!! I just appreciate the professional way they conduct business!

My pool was loosing water on a daily bases . First - two technicians came out to find the leak . They were very thorough and professional. Told me exactly what they we going to do. Once leaks were found - a repair tech came out . He was very professional- did an excellent job and his clean up was wonderful. I would recommend RED RHINO to anyone who is having a leaking pool!
I'm grateful for Red Rhino ultimately finding and repairing the leak in my pool. The process was a bit frustrating for me as it took a month to identify the problem, but I understand that this is not always an easy process. There were recommendations along the way that would not have corrected the problem, but it was a collaborative process and I appreciate very much the technician keeping in touch through the entire process and the persistence in finding the problem. Truly the best customer service experience ever! They had to order a specialty part for my skimmer from Australia which took several weeks. They keep in touch with me throughout the process and I always knew what was happening. Everyone I spoke with was beyond helpful and great to work with.
