RecommendedAll employees were very knowledgeable and explained everything they were doing. They came almost immediately once they knew I needed their help. Your customer service was amazing from the first call I made. I was scheduled a month out and then I got a call in one day to say that you had an opening. My pool problems were solved in one week. I was called each time when the service man was coming. It was incredibly hot and the service man worked for five or six hours straight. Great job great service. I will recommend your company to anyone.
Several pool companies highly recommended Red Rhino which was well proven to me as entirely correct and accurate. All employees were efficient and coutreous through all contacts. The techicians called to notify me they were enroute with an expected arrival time. The leak detection was through and accurate. The leak repair was difficult since it involved an unsual water feature. What a great company! They fixed my leaks just a few days after I called in. Everyone I spoke with was professional, respectful, courteous and most of all knowledgable and clear about the steps needed to fix the problem. Their follow through was truly amazing. They are very professional and very knowledgeable about what they are doing. Could not ask for a better business than Red Rhino. Cory the tech that fixed our pool leak was top notch, the absolute best, and the guy that came out to do a pool leak test with 2 trainees, all 3 were just as nice and professional as Cory. Highly recommended Red Rhino.
I had my leak detected and fixed within days, they were professional, friendly and made sure everything was right. They make sure you are satisfied with the work. I was treated like a VIP customer, I'm sure all customers are! Very happy.
