RecommendedMy pool was loosing water on a daily bases . First - two technicians came out to find the leak . They were very thorough and professional. Told me exactly what they we going to do. Once leaks were found - a repair tech came out . He was very professional- did an excellent job and his clean up was wonderful. I would recommend RED RHINO to anyone who is having a leaking pool!
I'm grateful for Red Rhino ultimately finding and repairing the leak in my pool. The process was a bit frustrating for me as it took a month to identify the problem, but I understand that this is not always an easy process. There were recommendations along the way that would not have corrected the problem, but it was a collaborative process and I appreciate very much the technician keeping in touch through the entire process and the persistence in finding the problem. Truly the best customer service experience ever! They had to order a specialty part for my skimmer from Australia which took several weeks. They keep in touch with me throughout the process and I always knew what was happening. Everyone I spoke with was beyond helpful and great to work with. I highly recommend Red Rhino for all pool repair needs!!
They let me know when they were on the way. Their technicians, everyone of them, were very professional and courteous. They showed me pictures of the problem and did the work only after I approved it. They left the area as if they'd never been there. This is my second time using their service.

Very professional team. They checked out every supply and return pipe. They found and fixed the leak in no time. My leak was the pipe which houses the pool light electrical supply line to the elevated electrical junction box. I will use Red Rhino the next time if I have a leak. Also I will tell everyone I know about Red Rhino!
They respond quickly, have expertise in detecting leaks, professional business practices, fair pricing and pleasant to work with. Had tried another company first that did not find the leak after one month and told me several other things were broken that were not.
