RecommendedZach was very thorough determining where our leaks were in our pool. When we decided to have them repaired we had our scheduled date set. Surprise, Taylor called and asked to start a day early. Not used to service people being early. Taylor did a super job and finished a day early. Everyone we met were very professional and very courteous. Thank you Red Rhino. Hope we never have to use you again, but if we do, you are on speed dial.
Staff to the next one job finding the problem and fixing it with a minimum of time for price was a little expensive but some men working today great job
1) Very professional and friendly 2) knowledgeable and explained everything from start to finish. 3) Cleaned area like they were never there. 4) I could not be more pleased with this experience. I would definitely re-hire them if needed in the future. (Hopefully that won't be necessary.) 5) Very prompt and respectful of our schedules.

Where quick to get us in and find leak in our pool. Less than a week after that pool was fixed!
everyone were very polite and helpful any questions I asked they answered them. they were very professional and Itreated me as a person not just a customer. when they finish their work they always cleaned afterwards never left anything behind. I would definitely recommend their service to anyone who is looking for help with their pool
The complete process was smooth, effecient, professional, helpful and courteous. They worked on our schedule for leak detection in our pool. Service Tech, Austin provided pics, detailed findings and scope of work, price for repair as well. Emailed to us for our records. we checked out other pool companies though they were bit less for the leak detection charge Rhino not only has excellent reviews online but they guarantee a time frame for their service including leak detection.
