The technicians were professional and did a great and thorough job. Along with pressure testing all the work, they did a great job at clean-up as well. It was not an easy job with having to cut through a concrete pool deck, replace the skimmer and do the same at the far end of the pool on return break. Ryan and Skyler were fantastic.
So far I have just had them come to the house to check my pool for the leak source; after a very extensive search a major leak was found in my skimmer. They will be back in a couple of days to fix my problem............PERMANENTLY!
Excellent service and very professional people. Blake who worked on my pool, is a very professional courteous and a very sweet guy. Have given them more work and would definitely recommend them for any pool problems.
My technician was Nate. He was prompt - actually a little early - very professional and inspected the pool and accessories thoroughly. He determined that there was a leak in one of the ports and quoted me the price to fix it and we set a time for that to be repaired He took his time to answer all my questions. The service is a little expensive, but there’s the old saying, “you get what you pay for.” So far, I am very satisfied with Nate and this company and would highly recommend them.
Well, we are off to a good start! Technician was a happy young fellow, who took the fact that my pool was leaking as his personal mission. After about two hours, he had patch up and verbalized the needed repairs for long term use. I requested written mailing on price and solution along with available appointment schedule for follow up. So far Excellent!

Always a little worrisome when talking about a leak in the pool but Red Rhino came out promptly to help out. Shawn gave clear direction of what they would be doing and answered all my questions and extremely professional and courteous. Luckily was not a leak and turned out to be a smaller issue but would highly recommend their services for anyone that has any pool leak issues.
Service was prompt and very professional. Highly recommended.
