The tech called first then came to do the leak detection. He was thorough in his explanation of the process. He did the inspection then gave me again a thorough explanation of what he found and what would be done for repairs to the pool to stop the leaks. Then gave me an estimate for the repairs. So I had no questions about how to move forward. Matt the technician was very professional the whole experience.

Yesterday, I had the total pleasure of dealing with red rhino. They were very thorough, very efficient and very communicative. Not to mention I thought their pricing was very reasonable. They were prompt, professional, and extraordinarily helpful. They got the job done and then some. I give them my highest recommendation. Their tech Antonio was the best, both in terms of onsite service and follow up. Could not have been more pleased and appreciative.
We had to have testing and repair they were Quick & professional. They provided clear instruction with pictures to show problem and final work product.
I am in NJ and my leak was in my pool in Florida. My leak technician Nate was awesome. He explained everything he was going to do to test for the leaks and after the test explained what the issue was and how they could fix it and also answered all my questions. He was very empathetic knowing I was 1000 miles away. I would use and recommend them again for sure.
