We had a reservation but decided to wait for a table in the lounge, which was fine with us. We love that there is entertainment here!! Once seated, we did wait for a pretty long time to be approached, but a well-placed smile to the manager got us personal service with a smile. Great food location and atmosphere
We were seated practically on top of the people next to us. Our food came out before the waiter brought the bottle of wine we ordered. My husband and I split our apps, salad, entree and sides. We told the waiter we were splitting but he did not bring us an extra plate. Our salad came out at the same time as our entree so by the time we finished eating it, our entree was cold. The Redeye Grill is still one of the best, most consistently good, restaurants in NYC. My wife and I were in New York after a marriage anniversary trip to California; NYC and the Redeye was the final leg. It did not disappoint.
