What a wonderful meal and excellent service dining at Red Eye Grille prior to our Carnegie Hall concert. The table we requested was ready, we were greeted warmly at the front maitre d' station, our waiter Polo pointed us in the right direction for our meal choices. His service was excellent and my rib eye steak was cooked to perfection along with delicious pommes frites and tasty asparagus. Great food and wonderful wait staff. The game is always lovely as well.
The service and ambiance were excellent, but my miso glazed black cod had bones in it, and my son was delivered a ribeye instead of the filet that he ordered, which was given to another diner.
My guests and I enjoyed a wonderful meal, great service, from reception (champagne toast was a nice touch) throughout our dining experience. We were very impressed with the decor and energy, within the restaurant. We enjoyed everything about our experience, and would be happy to recommend you to friends and business associates, in fact I already have!
