Convenient to Carnegie Hall. Lively atmosphere. Quick service. Great food.
Went there on a Saturday night with a party of six and the food was outstanding, the service was great and the ambiance was awesome. Will definitely be back. On the expensive side but well worth it.
Our third time here. First time was very good but we came midday during week in the summer so not many people around and have to admit staff doted on my family and kids so that helps as well as they offered a prix fix meal. We went again a few months later and no prix fix as we were there on a Saturday but had a decent meal. Great Evening! We had a early dinner before a show across the street at Carnegie. Our server was amazing - timed our meals perfectly; was attentive and friendly but not over-bearing. Our meals were delicious and well presented. They honored our request for a "special" table and the host was very welcoming. Would return in a heartbeat - very fun!
The service was outstanding!!! The food was inconsistent. The bread and pretzels rolls were tasty. Our sushi was very good. My daughter had lobster mac and cheese. It was delicious but very heavy. Better as a side dish. I had crab cakes and shrimp. The crab cakes were excellent, the shrimp was more shells than meat and a little mushy. The food was very good, as were the cocktails. Service, however, was ambivalent at best, with the exception of the maitre d', who - after an initial hiccup - did his very best to make us feel like valued customers. He went out of his way to smooth our dining experience and is the primary reason we'll give the Redeye Grill another go.
18th bday for my daughter. We got complimentary proseco when we came in, the staff was fun and talkative. Beautiful girl playing piano in the lounge. For dessert not only did they bring my daughter a piece of cake with a sparkler in it and sing to her but then brought out a huge pink cotton candy. We loved our waiter too. Then after dinner a woman comes out of kitchen with a huge tray of chocolate chocolate chip cookies warm out of the oven and gives them out to all the tables. My daughter loved it!!
Fillet mingion was amazing
Very consistent menu and eric e! Always A plus! Carlos, the host was amazing and treated us like royalty. A must for the holiday season and year round too! Never disappoints!
