Fun menu. Great location. Food was excellent and the service was really good. We brought a young man who was on his first trip to NYC and he thoroughly enjoyed himself. It may not be a great place for an intimate date, but it's a real NYC experience. One other point, the check in desk was both friendly and happy to accommodate our table request.

This was my first lunch at Red Eye in years; normally I go there for dinner. Lunch was a little pricey, still, good food and fine service!
Was quite surprised at the lack of service we received. The dining room wasn't busy so I'm not sure why. We were given a menu but not a wine list so when our server stopped by and asked what we wanted to drink we informed her we didn't know because we didn't have a drinks menu. Same thing happened when we were asked what dessert we wanted. Would be nice if given an actual dessert menu. Celebrated my 75th birthdate at the Redeye Grill with my wife and two other family members. All meals were wonderful. We were treated royally and very professionally. I will return to this restaurants as often as possible whenever I am in Manhattan.
a very good restaurant, which we've frequented often, marred over dinner by a deeply inexperienced waiter and overpowering music from a shrill singer in the bar area that made normal conversation almost impossible. Food was very good as usual.
