Went to celebrate my birthday. The staff took such care of us from the time we walked in till we left!!
The restaurant was crowded pre theater and the wait staff was overworked and abrupt. at other times service has been better.
The Brunch experience at Red Eye Grill was outstanding....one of the best I have ever had in NYC!!! Food was absolutely delicious!
I’ve been here a few times andnots always the same thing. Excellent service, the varied and delicious menu (especially the lobster Mac and cheese), a knowledgeable and friendly bartender and staff and friendly atmosphere. It’s always nice to be greeted at a restaurant by the matee’d who says hi with a friendly handshake. Definitely deserves a try or a repeat visit.
My daughter and I ate here during a special getaway weekend. I was given a glass of prosecco while we waited for our table. We were given a table that was near a bright light and we asked to be moved. They moved us, no problem. Food was delicious. Waiter was slow to check on us, but may that was due to us moving tables. Would definitely come back.
Great food and service Recommend for special occasions as it is a bit pricey, but worth it
