Delicious food, great music in the lounge/bar area.
Great location but excessive on pricing for what you get.
First of all, the food was good. However, the service was slow and disorganized. I took a group of business people there for lunch at 1:30 PM on a weekday. It was not crowded yet it took approximately 40 minutes for our meal to arrive. When our meals arrived the person bringing them out (who was not our server) didn't know who got which dish but also didn't know exactly what the dishes were so it was hard for us to determine who the meal belonged to when he held it up. We have dined at Redeye many times and have never been disappointed. Staff is always friendly and the wait was good. We love their food.
We had high expectations but we're sadly disappointed by the service (arrogant and inattentive), the overpriced mediocre food (ordered 8oz filet prix fare it was overcooked & tough). The Cobb salad was good and the dessert - chocolate cake was exceptional. I wish I had more good things to say but our waiter treated us like we were an annoyance - not good when you pay over $300 for 4 people (2 teens) to eat at a nice restaurant.
Was a nice treat for our out-of-towners to come here for one of a few birthday celebrations. The food is great and the atmosphere is fun.
Great clam chowder. Best ever. The veggie meatballs were delicious.
We had a delightful birthday dinner. The food sand service were terrific, and the singer added to our festivities.
We were four people and we all found the meal mediocre.
