More expensive than listed online. But quality of food and service did not disappoint.
The food and service was just as good as I remembered from our last NYC visit several years ago.
We choose it for location, mostly, and previous visits. But everything we ordered was very over-salted - the soup, salad, entrees. As a result we wouldn't return to the red eye.
We go into NYC every other month as my family live hour and a half outside the city. We have had some very good meals and rate accordingly. Some meals, not so much, and rate accordingly as well. We were staying overnight for a show so decided to take a late lunch here as close to where we were staying. OMG!! Exceptional from start to finish. The food was good I had the Clamari and spicy tuna roll and it was amazing. The tiramisu was one of the best I've ever had.
Always excellent food quality and great service. The Redeye Grille is a trustworthy, can't miss dinner spot in a great location.
Very Nice food, well prepared. Absolutly worth a visit
While there were some rough moments in service, it was a busy evening, the meal was very enjoyable. Servers responded to issues quickly and soon things were back on track. Very happy with the quality of the food. Martini's were very good, large and cold perhaps a bit slow out of the bar. The Clam Chowder is one of the best in NYC. Enjoyed our food here but for us from the UK prices are ridiculous. Not out of keeping with anywhere else though that we have eaten in NYC but be warned. Friendly waiting staff and able to eat before our broadway show
