This was my second time at Redeye Grill before going to a performance at Carnegie Hall. There were nine in our group . The ambiance, service and food were excellent. We felt our waiter was very personable and attentive to our needs even though he was working the bar and had other tables. I will return and highly recommend Redeye Grill.
The only disappointment were the oysters had by our guest as an appetizer - which is particularly odd for a restaurant specializing in seafood. The lamb chops and fish were delicious, plentiful (3 substantial chops per portion) and well served. Extremely pleasant ambiance. Would certainly go back again.
The RedEye is always consistently good. We asked for a booth despite being only 4 persons and they were happy to accommodate. Brunch menu is excellent. The teriyaki steak and lobster roll was delicious - as were the fries - nice and thin. Our friends enjoyed their omelets, which were too large to finish.
We come back when we over the years when we want to take friends to dinner on the west side, esp near Carnegie Hall for an event. A reliable great time: ambiance, food, service, convenience.
Food was terrific! Everything was just as described.sushi was great! Waitress was accommodating but not intrusive. Highly recommend this restaurant.
We ate here for lunch while visiting family in the city. Great Cobb salads and sandwiches. Staff was wonderful. The cotton candy they brought at the end of the meal was a nice touch. Would definitely return.
Amazing food. We had steaks and fish. Can't rave enough! Beware those who get the Black Forest cake. Incredible but huge portions. Awesome service.
This place is always good. Never disappoints. It's our first time back in a couple of years. We went for brunch. FYI, there are no 'typical' brunch' promos. Since our friends weren't drinkers, we did drink either. Cost for 2 with tax and tip was between $65 - $70. They do offer unlimited brunch type drinks for $20. Even for this New Yorker, the smoked salmon and eggs were worth the price.
My brothers and I enjoyed ourselves. The sushi burger was AMAZING! Will a return to try different items on the menu. It was great!
