We wanted to try this restaurant because of it's proximity to Carnegie Hall. We had an early reservation and looked forward to a relaxing meal with friends before the performance. We ordered the pre-fix dinner and everyone was pleased with their choice of appetizer and agreed that the Calamari was particularly good. Redeye Grill was highly recommended, so I had to check it out. Conveniently located near Columbus Circle and Central Park, it was an easy walk from my hotel. I was immediately seated by a very cordial host. Live music added to what was a lively group of patrons - great energy throughout. I feasted on the Brussels sprouts and tuna poke - paired nicely with a classic "Redeye" vodka martini. I sat back and enjoyed watching people and listening to the piano and vocalists. Wife and I met w/our son here for lunch. Food was great, service spot on...everyone w/a nice warm attitude and we never wanted for anything. I am never disappointed when I visit here.

Since discovering this restaurant over 20 years ago, when either/both of us are in NYC, we always make it a point to have a dinner here!

Really good! The best crab Eggs Benedict I've ever had. The service was very good too.

I found the server and others on the team very responsive and service oriented. The sense of urgency we received here was better than many of the other New York restaurants we visited that weekend. We informed our server we were going to a show and he paced the meal accordingly. The chocolate bark is a nice touch and the hostesses/managers were warm and gracious.

This has been my "go-to restaurant" since it opened. Get place for lunch or dinner and there is with a menu to please most. The staff is well trained and accommodating. Plus it is within walking distance to theater. So much better than most restaurants in the theater district.

Food was superb, musical entertainment was wonderful too. It was quite pricy (even when considering the exchange rate). There was no break in between our starters being taken off the table and mains being handed to us so left us feeling very rushed. Apart from that, it was very good

Dinner was really nice. very busy on a Friday Night couldn't sit at the bar to wait and outside was cold. worth it once seated. Singer was very good. service was great and the food was very good.
