We had a great meal! Our waiter (whose name I cannot remember) was wonderful - full of personality from the moment we were seated until we brought us a huge plate of "surprise" pink cotton candy at the end of our meal! It is a fun place- especially, if you are lucky enough to get him. The food was absolutely delicious - shrimp cocktail, stuffed artichoke, salmon, filet mignon. It is a little pricey but worth it. We had a nice night out!
In the middle of Manhattan, right across from Carnegie Hall, the location can't be beat, but this restaurant delivered on food and service as well! We chose to eat outside as it was a beautiful summer evening, and our server was so attentive and accommodating. The food was outstanding and even though it is pricey, the quality and amount of food made it worth it! We will definitely eat here again!
Red Eye Grille never disappoints. I had the Cod over spinach and my friend had the Crabcakes which were served with shrimp. Very delicately prepared and beautifully presented. We ordered brussels sprouts as a side dish and honestly, we couldn't finish them as the portions were more than we expected. The waiter was extremely professional and efficient. Also, he had a great voice for singing happy birthday! Lots of wonderful choices. A bit pricey but well worth it. We definitely appreciated this restaurant.
We took our friends to Redeye Grill for their 25th wedding anniversary. Jerry our waiter was phenomenal and atmosphere just perfect.
We were very late for our reservation due to traffic and our show ended later than expected. We arrived at 11:20pm for a 10:30 reservation. Fully expected to be turned away, the staff sat us immediately by a window seat. Our server, Rene, was accommodating, professional and a true gentleman. The food was absolutely fabulous! The crab cakes were some of the best I've had. Excellent service and truly made us feel valued and appreciated.
We haven't been there for a few years, but we will go back soon. Although it's a large restaurant, it's designed in sections that make you feel very comfortable. The food and service are worth every penny. All the seafood is very fresh and excellently prepared. Our waiter has to be one of the best in NYC. This is the perfect place to dine with clients or friends.
Great live music every night! Fast service -- they could get us in and out in time for the show ! Great mix of seafood/ raw bar and steaks
I found this restaurant through Open Table and was pleasantly surprised. The food and wine were excellent and I've already recommended it to a few friends. We will definitely eat here again.
