My husband & I knew the evening would be great because the maitre'd made the night memorable. Not only did we have a great table, but our waitress was attentive & accomodating as well.....and the food was really good!
The food and service were spectacular. I ordered lobster and crab lasagna and it was delicious. T would definitely recommend this restaurant for any occasion.
Our server, Alton, was fantastic and made our first experience memorable. All of the selections was excellent

Loved the service. We had this really chill waiter that was so attentive (multiple breadsticks anyone?) and extremely knowledgeable with all the questions we had. Also key: there was no judgement/attitude felt when we had to ask him how to eat the sushi burger either with our hands or eating utensils (hint use the utensils).. Excellent restaurant with modern american cuisine. Very original twists on delicious food. For example I am a vegetarian and have to eat gluten free due to an allergy. No boring veggie choice here- They have an entree that is Zucchini and Squash "spaghetti" which is all vegetable, with pesto and fresh ricotta and it was delicious! 1st night in NY - my son just moved here & we celebrated with dinner here... It was great! Our server Andre was fantastic!
We had dinner at the Redeye Grill before seeing a show at City Center. Cocktails were pricey but delish, especially the Aka Martini. For dinner I had the sesame crusted tuna and my husband had the lamb chops, plus a side of Jewish mashed potatoes to share that were to die for. We loved our food but did not care for our table. Greeted quickly and seated quickly. In the city from the Midwest to celebrate my daughter's graduation. The service was exceptional and we were treated as we are in the Midwest. Highly recommend!!
