We came into the city for the weekend for our 20th Anniversary with another couple. You came highly recommended. After switching tables first for the 3 crying children that were seated one table away and then because of the noisy table near the kitchen, we finally had a beatiful table in the center of the resteraunt. Each of the waiters were very friendly and accomadating. The food was delicious and drinks yummy!! We would definitely come again.

very nice and professional staff, greeat and simple menu, focuses on classics like beef wellington, shrimp coctail, anything fish is great. bread could be better given choices in nyc. prices high but fair for nyc. worth going back..

I visit this restaurant about 3 times a year. The quality of the food has always been very good, and the prices are reasonable. The dining area is attractive and conducive to carrying on a conversation. On this particular visit, our table service was a tad weak (they didnt even present the specials), and the portion sizes of the dishes we ordered struck me as meaningfully reduced from prior visits.

I needed to schedule a late lunch and found Redeye is actually a spectacular choice after the lunch crowd - great food and so much quieter. It can be pretty noisy at luch, but still a spectacular choice though it is always busy. The food is great though you run the risk they will run out of something if you go late because it is all so fresh.

Excellent service. Food exceeded our expectations. We had a two-year old and an infant and the waiter was outstanding. I don't remember his name but he is from Bagladesh.....excellent waiter. We'll be back.......

This was a business dinner for 9 that I organized. Everyone enjoyed the seafood towers, their main courses, especially the short ribs. I've have been dined here many times in the past and will continue to do so when in NYC.
