The zero gravity chair has been a tremendous help to me after total knee replacement surgery. I have literally lived in this chair (day and night) during my first 2 weeks of my early recovery. It has been a Godsend! The only concern I have is this: I thought the "memory foam plus" package included memory foam in the neck pillow!! The pillow has not been as supportive as I had hoped.
