My daughter had purchased me a Luma with lift assistance, and I absolutely LOVE it. To top it off, it was delivered to my home earlier then expected. The delivery men had called to let me know they were ahead on schedule, and notified me if it was ok for an earlier delivery, I happily obliged. Great customer service. I wish I had the salespersons name that helped me. She was a younger girl, not the manager/supervisor but a salesperson. She was WONDERFUL. So was the manager/supervisor (female) that was with her. Both gave me excellent customer service!

After searching on-line for a sit/stand desk, I found a desk top riser that had very good reviews. Although I could have ordered on-line, I hesitated due to the importance of this product to me (I have spinal stenosis) and cost. That's how I found Relax the Back. My brother bought 2 Relax the Back Omni-pro gravity chairs in Teak & Brown Leather! He gave Dad one of them & I fell in Love!!! 10 years later, the chair landed on the covered deck due to it was stuck in the upright position You see I claim all deck furniture!
