I have to give you a less than satisfactory rating since the lift chair we purchased in January has had to be repaired twice and this last time the repairman replaced all the parts and it still wouldn't work. For a top of the line product, this is not acceptable. We are now waiting for a response from the repair company or the manufacturer as to the next step. In the mean time, my husband who is physically hindered in movement and relies heavily on this lift chair, is having a difficult time. I hope this can be resolved ... read more
