I had a nice young lady (Brittany) help me with the different Tempur-Pedic mattresses and adjustable bases. She really had lots of information that made it easier for me to choose the right one. I liked the fact that she gave me time to lay down on the mattresses and feel the various levels of firmness and softness. One of the best services I received in a while. The delivery guys were beyond exceptional, and very respectful. Gave a breakdown on how the chair operates, as well as a few extra tips on how to care the chair in the long run. Would highly recommend that delivery service. Excellent service and suggestions from Kaitlyn(?). I called first and she helped me put a travel pillow on hold for pick up. I went to the store and she was very friendly and also suggested another product. I ended up buying the one she suggested & love it very much!! Thank you!

Kaitlynn was awesome and so patient with me while I sat in every chair. For over an hour she answered my every question and concerns I had. When I finally decided on the chair I wanted she even managed to get me a 10% discount by calling the owner of the store. I chose the demo zero gravity chair and because it was slightly damaged I got that great discount.
