Nick Chandler was very helpful in helping me choose the right office chair for my needs. He was patient and flexible. He answered all of my questions and made suggestions to help me narrow down my choice. I would certainly recommend your store to anyone who has the need for proper seating.
Nick let me test drive several chairs while sharing differentiations and his own experience. He let allowed me to experience without hovering. I'll be back next week to narrow down my choices. Thank you

The people who I talked to on the phone were very helpful, and very nice. At the store, I had the same wonderful experience. They took me right to the spot where the product that I needed was and made sure I had everything I needed. It was worth the trip!!!!

The salesperson asked what I was looking for. He gave me a pillow to try out. It was exactly what I was looking for. He brought out a pillow in a box and then the transaction was completed ($180) and he said all sales were final. I got the pillow home and it was totally different than the one tried in the store. This pillow was much harder and smaller than the pillow in the store. BATE AND SWITCH, SHAME ON YOU.
